South Park District is a mixed use development in the area of Muntinlupa City. This is the largest parcel in the vicinity with 6.6 hectares land area. It will have an approximately 10,000 sqm sprawling Central park district.

Avida Towers Altura is the first cluster to be launched at South Park District and is the only condo development to conveniently enjoy the best of both worlds by being in the middle of business hubs and leisure spots. This puts a new perspective to Southern living.


South Park District Masterplan

The 23-storey Tower 1 will have a total of 433 residential units. There will be a main lobby, 7 retail units and 142 parking units at the ground floor. The amenity area which boasts of roster of amenities will be located at the third podium level.

The 24-storey Tower 2 will have a total of 621 residential units. There will be a main lobby, 3 podium of 188 parking units at the ground floor. The amenity area which boasts of roster of amenities will be located at the third podium level.

South Park District Location

South Park District is located along National Road in Alabang, Muntinlupa, less than a kilometer away from the South Luzon Expressway. It is situated on the quieter side of Muntinlupa, with views of Laguna de Bay. The east side of the development has a view of Laguna de Bay and South Park District is also your gateway to Laguna and Cavite.
